Any given custom home development project typically involves three parties: you the client, us the builder, and third-party providers of materials and/or services.

Brenmar acts as a hub by directing all project activities and liaising with all providers through the design and selection process right on through to construction...we are working with you and on behalf of you 100% of the way.


BRENMAR PROJECT WORKFLOW:

Inception, Planning and Design
At the onset of a project, our clients work directly with the Brenmar president and construction manager to establish a baseline from which to move forward.

Your dream home may be in the form of engineered construction plans or napkin scribbles and a head full of ideas, you may want to build on our lots or your own, you may be construction savvy or you may need guidance and enlightenment.

As such, a custom home development project will involve different aspects of effort and involvement and thus take on different paths. In either case, Brenmar works with you in any degree necessary to get from where you are when you walk into our door until you turn the key to yours.


Through this stage we define all aspects of the project and set everything out clearly. Affiliate providers are determined, brought to the table, and scheduled into the overall project. Plans are carefully evolved and refined in an iterative manner and ultimately approved for development. Permit and other municipal legalities are put in place.

Phase Duration: typically varies between one-(1) month and three-(3) months depending on where you are with your plan when you begin with us, how adept you are at working through design alternatives, and how busy you are in your lifestyle.

Build
The site is prepared; the home is constructed with superior quality and care at the forefront.

Phase Duration: typically around four-(4) to five-(5) months.
